Pre-birth Memory

Hi Larry,

Like my third eye is blind

A few months ago, I bought myself an azurite (crystal). It is said to have the qualities of helping to increase one's psychic abilities and open the third eye. When meditating, it should be placed on the forehead, third eye region.

Well, for me it helps. I do believe there is some power in crystals and minerals.
Maybe using such a tool might also help you? It can't harm anyway :) . Just a suggestion of course.

Please feel welcome here Larry. Any questions are OK, I tend to always be in a hurry when I post during the week. I didn't mean to be curt or short. I was only sharing. :)

Hi Deborah,

I'm sorry it has taken me so, so long to get back to this board. Got a new job and haven't had much time to surf the web recently.

I just wanted to say, no offense at all, none taken. I'm sorry if my post came across that way. I've found a wonderful, warm welcome in this group, and it has helped tremendously in dealing with the grieving process with my mom's death.

Thank you everyone, and I promise to visit more often.

To Eevee, I will look into that crystal thing. Things are becoming a little clearer for me, but it's still such a challenge because of the shock of everything I've been dealing with.

Has he described this place in anymore detail? I'm asking because my son has told me he used to go to a "city" that was dark and the people walked around like zombies. I'm trying to connect some dots, read this and thought it may be a shot in the dark. excuse the cliche.

Hi Cloggie,
I think I found the right place. My computer won't let me just click on the link you provided so I typed in the web site address and looked at the whole site including the Far Away World post.
Very interesting site and this post in particular is fascinating. It sounds like this guy had a chance to look at his other lives before choosing this one. I haven't heard that before. It also sounds like he was in a place with others that may not have been what we refer to as human. Makes you wonder about where his soul was before he was 3 years old though. Some people say that one soul can inhabit two bodies and I wonder if that explains his experience.
My son has told me some similar things about choosing us. He is 5.
Thanks for letting us know about the site. I read other stories on the site and it actually gave words to experiences that I had as a child. It also explained some of the things my son has said to me.

Very interesting site.

It does make you wonder who's stories are real though and who's arnen't. It would be intersting if a poll was done that compared people's pre-birth stories and the likeness of them. Such as I read 3 so far in there that referenced a crowd of people and walking with a guide and looking down at the earth. Of course the stories varied to match with their own personal experience. I think it would be neat to see which stories seem to re-service the most.

Two memories

I've always had two memories that might be pre-birth, since they don't fit into my life's structure.

1. I am floating near the ceiling of an elegant, huge wood-paneled room. Many people are below me, engaged in some sort of dispute or trial. I watch with intense interest.

2. I am very small and my mother asks me to get the menorah. I run into a room with a concert grand piano and climb onto the stool and pick up a huge candleabra and carry it with both hands. I recall maids in grey uniforms and white lace curtains on the windows.

My parents were not Jewish nor ever owned a menorah or piano.

Between the ages of two and three I had recurring nightmares (almost every night) of being in a prison of some sort. Mud everywhere and vicious dogs. Barracks. Many dead bodies.

At some point, these dreams just stopped.

When I was very young, I told my father about these "memories" (they "feel" like memories, even now) and he sent me to a family friend who was a child-psychologist.

.

I find your first story to be very interesting due to the fact that my sister who lives in GA had this amazing dream that dragged her through many of my PL's. One of the main ones that she spent the most time at could be described just as you wrote your sentince however I was the individual on trial. She said it looked somewhat like me but she knew without a shadow of a doubt that it was me. The trial was based over either a murder or something of that degree.

Come to think of it, maybe I should post her e-mail to me about the dream.
