I have an eight year old son who up untill 3 years ago talked about his other mummy and daddy. I was very aware that when he was telling me about himself he would talk about himself in the third party.
He told me that my brother who had died when he was eighteen months old had been his daddy in a previous life, and that he had been shot by an arrow while running away from bad men. He said that he was in a basket and that my brother hid him behind a tree and told him he would be back. He started to cry and said why did you take me away you should have left me there. He talked about this and other experience untill about the age of 5 he talked less and less.

When my son was three we took him to a forest park for the first time. When we arrived he took one look at the forest and started to scream and cry he was really frightend and we had to drive away. It took me almost 20 minutes to calm him down again. He has never been to a forest since.

I believe that he died in the forest when my brother left him and that why he was so upset.

What do others think?????

It sounds to me like after his father died you rescued him from behind the tree, but he might have felt that you took him away from his father, not realizing that he could never come back and get him.

Does that make sense?

My son is eight years old. 5 years ago he began talking about his other mummy and daddy. At first I laughed but he continued to talk about his other parents and how much he missed them.

My brother had died when my son was 18 months old and had been in hoisptial for 4 months before he died which ment my son was just over a year. The reason I am telling you this is because my son said my dead brother was his father.

He would get up in the moring and tell me he was talking to my brother and that he wanted to go home. I do believe in reincarnation and do believe my son has been here before.

When i was young, about 5 or 6, i slept in a room by myself after years of sleeping in a room with my sister. I remember that for almost 3 years after i first started sleeping in a room by myself, i would have a recurring vision as i was falling asleep of being an old man in a hospital bed, in a coma, with doctors around me. I remember thinking, "If i could just wake up, they could help me get better." i remember that later on, at the point when these visions began to stop, i distinctly remember that the doctors leaning over my bed changed to dozens and dozens of black-robed monks that would crowd around my bed. I dont know who they are or if they were real or just a hallucination in my former life. I was only about 8 years old at the time.
