I have a few questions about reincarnation.
First, if someone reincarnates, are they able to greet loved ones when they return to the other side?
Is a reincarnated soul able to visit loved ones in dreams?
(I recently had a visitation dream from my late grandfather who died in 2004. I'm assuming he has not been reincarnated?)
Is there a reason why it seems that souls reincarnate within their general area (for example, within the Western world, etc)? Wouldn't it make more sense that souls would pick a broader range of experience, like first Asia, then Europe, then Africa etc?
