Hi All,

My local bookstore had many copies back in the spring. I watched them dwindle with each visit and now there's only one copy! Hmmmm, where are those readers?

Anyone want to discuss?

One of my favorite chapters is chapter 6, "Choosing a Life." On Page 141, Carol writes:
Reincarnation is the great equalizer. By changing bodies and life situations, we are given countless chances to shift perspective. We have infinite opportunities to truly understand whatever it is we need to learn about the human condition from all possible points of view.

My favorite metaphor for picturing the purpose of reincarnation comes from Rabbi Omer-Man as he explains to the Dalai Lama the Jewish concept of rebirth (quoted in the wonderful book The Jew in the Lotus:

Each soul has to create a garment of light. In each incarnation... we make a little more or we undo a little according to our actions. In some incarnations, we do more damage, we pull out more threads; in other incarnations we weave more threads in. Ultimately the goal is to complete the garment.

As I see this image, when the garment of light is finally complete, we are light beings at one with God.

I have had trouble obtaining a copy of this book but finally special ordered it through Chapters here in Canada. I enjoyed it so much and have built on my foundation of knowledge regarding reincarnation. It is a very easy read and so enjoyable. Thanks so much for the inspiration, Carol.:D

Return fram Heaven

I have just started to read the book yesterday but I already find it so interesting! The very first story is kind of like how i was.
 
Choosing your life

My daughter who is now 15 and still admits it now well when she was 9 she told me that she choose my husband and I as parents before she was to be born and she had alot of parents to choose from she said! Return from Heaven is a wonderful book! Lisa619

I am still reading it but i have to agree that it is going to my "list of favorite books"!
Carol describes amazing stories of souls reborn in the same family...
 
Couldn't put it down

Hi, Just managed to get a copy off Amazon and got it shipped to Korea for me. Wow I couldn't put it down. The reason I was really interested was I was sensing my grandfather had returned as my son. Still researching that lol but it really makes you think about a lot of things. Would of been awesome to read before you have a baby.
