Switching languages

Spanish is my native language, and I'm ok with it, but I have always had problems with english, in middle school I cried every day because I was terrible.


But oneday while I had some kind of dream, I was wearing a dress, It was white and strange, I also had a cute mother, she was singing a beautiful song, she spoke in english, but I understood all of her words, after that I said to myself "I'm sure, for that little girl, english was easy and made her feel good, now I'm sure I can feel the same way", then I made progress, I'm still learning, but I like english, I can read all perfectly, speak it's easy too, my teacher who is from england said I have a good english accent (I have nothing with american accent, but english was more natural for me).


Right now I'm so happy, I love english more than spanish.


Spanish is so difficult, I'm native speaker, and I find it difficult.


I'm learning french now, and It's natural for me, I have no memories about being a french person, but I believe I have been french, I love the language and my teacher says I'm good at it.

I don't necessarily remember speaking a different language, but ever since I can remember I have been dreaming in English. English is not my native language, so when I hit my teenage years, I felt the urge to speak it constantly....I learned to speak it rather quickly and pretty much on my own....I also speak French fluently and I can read Latin also fluently....

It is interesting I found this thread, as I came here hoping to ask a similarly lined question.


I too am absolutely awful when speaking. I stammer, stutter, hesitate, get words wrong, and generaly when having to speak, get well and truely flustered. For all that though, I love learning languages - well, trying to teach myself, although I promptly forget them once I drop them a while.


So, the question I was pondering was, has anyone learnt a language - or skill, or anything as such, through repeat past life regressions? I.e. is it possible to keep going back to a life where you spoke a language, and through repeated exposure to that scenario, begin to pick it up?


Also, if you were to regress to a time you spoke another language, but don't speak it today, how do you know what language you're speaking or where you are - since often the local names for towns and places are different across languages...
