The story of Rachel Dolezal gets even more bizarre

Hi Jody,

I've also wondered about the same thing. However, as you point out, there are other problems here as well.

S&S

She is certainly not the only person to pretend she belongs to a race that's not her race. Similarly, individuals believe they belong in a country that is not their birth country. Past lives can certainly explain such things, but Rachel Dolezal seems like someone who really doesn't like who she actually happens to be. It's like she is killing her real identity and burying her real background.

She's not a bad artist, and to spend all of that time and energy copying another artist's painting of an African slave ship? There has to be a PL connection. Among other issues, perhaps. All of that effort, just for a charade?

This makes you wonder if you get to choose your next lifetime or not. Moreover, if you regret your current lifetime, regardless if you chose it or not, should you spend your time and energy trying to be whoever you really want to be, as opposed to whoever you actually are? In other words, are you missing the boat if you refuse to be who you are in your current lifetime?

I think it's her challenge in this life, she might have to experience in oppose race this life time to balance her karma wheel. If she was a racist in past life & beat/ molasted ppl from oppose race, there's a big chance for her to learn the same experience as a victim. It's for her & those surround her to understand of being better human; acceptance despite of different race.
She might have known this would be her next mission of life as she has given a choice to pick her white parents with her siblings. I do believe nothing is coincidence, everything is pre-destinied to maximize the spiritual evolution. However, successful in her mission or not, depends on her. If she masters things that she supposed to do & evolve, her soul is improving.

The impact wouldn't be completely in vain (my opinion), thru her, there's connection in 2 different races, make people aware of reincarnation in different races; thus, human shall not discriminate to each other due to ethnic, skin color & gender.

Her reincarnation in this life DID gave lesson to herself, her family, ppl surround her & those who read her story.
