Toddlers randomly start hugging in airport

It's been awhile since i've been on here, and I plan to make it a point to start coming back more often now that I have time! So hey all! :)

Anyway, this was posted on my FB timeline and wanted to share. Apparently these two little ones never met eachother (in this lifetime) and they just started hugging.

Adorable! If this is truly the case on what happened, then they most likely did somehow know eachother in a PL. Just a vibe, but maybe they were once a couple separated by war or tragedy? Siblings? Best friends?

Nice to see you back :) I saw that too and thought the same thing. Kids play and interact - but this seems deeper. If the story behind the picture is true. Amazing.
 
That picture is really touching. They look like two long-separated souls who just fell into each others' arms.
 
I saw something on the news once that indicated some mental health professionals have a name for this. They say it's some kind of genetic disorder.

Ha ha! Anything they don't understand they label as a fault!

That picture is the sight of innocent humanity in it's purest, most uncorrupted form. For those health professionals to say it's a kind of genetic disorder is one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever heard in my life. The reason why you will only ever see young children do that is because they have yet to be subject to the moral 'restrictions' that being a part of society will place on them as they grow older. I think it's a lovely picture that perhaps one or two of our world leaders could learn from!
 
Here's another possibility. Maybe they knew each other in a past life and recognized each other immediately. That would make more sense to me.

Is it also possible they are kindred spirits? I don't necessarily mean this in the literal sense, but I do wonder if they're not meant to meet at least one more time in this lifetime.


Otherwise, I'm not sure what the connection was, but it's certainly possible they've met before.

Hmmm ... maybe that is where baby radar comes from ... you know, when they zone in on other babies and instantly chatter away ... nice thought :)
 
That is an awesome picture...I bet they knew one another before. Makes you think about the people you just walk past on the street differently!

True. Giving anything a name with the word 'disorder' in it, is the modern day equivalent of pointing a finger and saying 'witch'.
 
This is interesting and I haven´t heart about it before, however, even though it´s our natural inclination, I´m not sure if we should just say it´s related to reincarnation. Not at least until we ask the toddlers themselves why they did it (In whatever way they can explain it). Maybe it´s just that one felt that the other was stressed out or in pain and was trying to help, or maybe they had a philosophy in their past lives where it implied hugging other people (it sounds weird but I don´t know, I know people did it in the Catholic church sometimes). I think it could be many different things besides that they knew each other in a PL.
 
I agree with Owl, I don’t see this as especially past life related. Some children are very affectionate. I can dimly remember being that way back (way, way back) in the days when I was cute and little. I saw a fair number of grown-ups - always suckers for my blonde adorableness - but few children. When I did luck out and get to hug something ‘me sized’ and little and cute I was ecstatic. Alas, it wasn’t long before I got less little and cute and my mother would say, “...uh...stop that…don’t bother the nice people...” and I outgrew it and nobody wanted me climbing all over them anymore anyway. I sometimes think it’s too bad we’ve become so inhibited about touching in our modern society, but, on the other hand, now I don’t like it when strange people touch me so I can’t complain.
 
Awww, The "Tug at the Heartstrings" me wants to believe that it's related to a Past Life, but the logical, analytical me believes in a more likely explanation.


One explanation (among many) is that the child is attracted to the other child by the colors in their Aura, colors that are bright and vibrant, and welcoming.


Either way, it's a cute clip. :)
 
I'm not sure if I believe in any supernatural explanations for this, like past lives. I guess it's possible (otherwise I wouldn't be in this forum) but my first thought it's just that it's two toddlers hugging. Young children do that very often unless they're particularly shy, watching them interact with kids they've never met or have only played with for five minutes you would think they had known each other forever. They also seem to seek out other children and bond with them more easily in settings that are "boring", so if they were at the airport they may have just decided to be goofy and take a break from all queueing.
