Unexplained childhood languages?

At age 3 I spoke 4 languages.
German
English
French
Spanish

My parents only speak English and my teachers spoke English and Spanish. Any one else been able to speak languages you'd never heard in your Current life? I can't speak Spanish anymore, but I still speak the rest Plus Japanese and Russian and am learning Polish.

And some Italian. and Native American


Never had one lesson.

I can understand Old English like it was plain English even if I don't speak it

That's interesting, Twilight. I feel very comfortable with Middle English, i.e. Chaucerian English. In high school, I enjoyed Chaucer, and didn't really care for Shakespeare. I felt it was easier to read and understand. My friends, in general, did not share the same feeling. LOL.
