What clues should I look for in my dreams?

I am new to the site, and haven't read through everything, so if this has been answered in another thread, before...please do send me links for more information.

Recently, about I say 4 or 5 months ago, maybe even a little longer 6 or 7 months; I have been dreaming A LOT. Dreaming more than I ever have in my whole life.

Dreams that when I'm dreaming feel so real, as if my dream is what I am doing right then in there (hope this makes sense) as if I am not truly sleeping, but actually living my dream right then in there.

My dreams are very spread out. My dreams never seem to relate to dreams from one or two nights or two or three weeks back. All my dreams are always sooo' different, unrelated to one another. My dreams sometimes feel very real, as I was saying before...other times my dreams are with people that are currently in my life, in my dreams, heavily involved. But, no type of "deja vu" happens, or hasn't happened yet. OMG

Since I have started having more dreams, I have been trying to remember them as best as I can...but, then often loose the memory in a day or two days...my memory won't allow the visions of my dreams to stay, this feels so scary to me. As if something could happen, literally, and then my memory gets erased. I have been trying to find the answers to this, everywhere online, and in books, and haven't gotten any closer to an understanding of this.

Since doing more and more research on this, everything comes back to past life. As if I am experiencing in my dreams, memories of lives I possibly lived before. That's the major reason why I joined this forum to meet new people, to learn more, and to find all the answers, or the closest understanding to everything I am experiencing in my dreams.

Hi MuchosVive

Welcome to the forum.

Past life dreams are usually very strong, vivid and often repetitive, rather than fleeting and hard to remember. There could be another reason why you are suddenly having a lot of dreams, like you are not sleeping well.

But, let's see if we can work out what might be going on. Can you tell us a bit about what sort of dreams you have been having? For instance, are they set in the past? Are people wearing old fashioned clothes? Is it always the same events that you see or lots of different things all jumbled together?

It's a very good idea to start keeping a journal about your dreams. Keep it by the bed and write things down as soon as you can before you forget any details. Even if it doesn't make much sense at the start, it might make sense after a while and everything can be a clue.

Well, I sleep okay...not all the time. Some days I get a full night's rest & other days I get a little more than half of a good night's rest.

But, a bit about the dreams I am having often have been with people that were big parts of my life...before...like example:

I had a few dreams about 2 or 3 with one of my cousin's in the dream, a cousin that I used to be really close too and now we are no where near close we haven't even talked or seen each other in about 6 years.

The weird thing is that sometimes some dreams that have her in it, are dreams of us much younger, or at an swkward age, where she looks very different, or a way I have never seen her before, in actual life.

I've had a few of these same kinds of dreams but with other people I haven't spoken too or seen in many years.

Or either I have completely different dreams, where everyone in my dream I don't feel that I have ever seen or even knew in my life.

I did read online, to do the same thing...get a notepad of some sort for notes to write down everything, whether its when I wake up first thing in the morning or if I get waken up out of my sleep because of a dream.

Those may be past life dreams. It would not be unusual for people you know now to be in past life dreams. Especially relatives and friends. I have known several cousins in past lives.

Do you know of somewhere and something, that I can read and learn more about this, specifically?
