Which self-regression video works for you?

A lot of people use videos from Youtube to do a self-regression to a past life.
There are quite a lot on the internet, so for a beginner, it's not easy to pick one. Maybe we can share our favorite video and comment on why it works for you.

This one works for me.

REASON:
I love the long relaxation part in the beginning. During the regression, the 'Voice' is not in a hurry. You get plenty of time to wander around in your memories.
I am also pleased that for me it is possible to ignore the Voice now and then. This is nice when you listen several times to the same recording, regressing to the same life. It would be silly to repeat the same questions every time but this Voice is not dominant or irritating (although this might be different in your case of course).

My only caveat would be that the suggestion of looking at your death in safety with a certain detachment might not work for everyone. I didn't feel safe or detached. It was like a nightmare, and I came back yelling 'Get me away from this' over and over. So I'd suggest being prepared for that.

Me neither. I've never reached my death because I plugged out my earphones in a state of panic, many times in a row.

In the beginning, the Voice says that it is ok to ignore instructions if that's more convenient for you halfway. I noticed that I've never heard all of the suggestions and instructions. Somehow my mind skipped parts while being in a regressive state. I was there, back in other times. So every time I listen to this recording, I hear new things and suggestions (the ones that I missed out previous times). That's what I like about this one.

Brian Weiss: Past-Life Regression Session

Why I like: His voice, his rhythm, the words. Makes me feel safe. The meditation start at around 4:00/36:23.

Why I don't: It is too short ! I wish it was longer so I could experience more.

Why I like: The music background, the voice and rhythm, the words. She places you on flat ground in a forest (so no heights, I am afraid of heights, once had a meditation where I had to be on hills and cliffs. I was like no, no, no...who can relax on a hill, cliff? I thought I would fall down ;) She does a white light protection around, inside you (Good thing, I've learned...). She uses the example of doors - I like doors, my doors look different from time to time.

Why I don't: She dictate me to look at my feet and how I am dressed and my surrounding as I have entered a door. In my natural state I usually get images, short movies and emotions and sudden knowing. I don't wish to be interrupted and break a memory by looking at my shoes. She tells me to forgive and release, but I don't like being told by someone else to forgive. It has to come from me and me alone.

This is a really good idea, Fireflydancing :) This was the one that first made meditation work for me:

I like his voice and going to the beach : ) For me this meditation is 2 level deep, like I go one step more deep down than I do with any other meditation. It is also, remarkably, him snap with his fingers to order me to the next stage. Each time I think like a child - oh, this won't work, you go ahead, snap your fingers, but it does.

The only negative thing I have found is that it is focused on working, what work, the worse day at work, the best thing at work.

I have experienced being a female who simply did not work outside the home when married and each time I keep showing him how I do the laundry, (which was really hard work back then, ha ha), do dinner, well, you get the picture...When I have awoken I one time thought, Oh, I am finished for today - I am not going to do any house work what so ever

Best Wishes

Thank you for sharing this video and starting this thread, Firefly Dancing! I tried the video you recommended, and I think I actually had a decent success. I had never seen this session before.
I think the narrator's voice was not my ideal, but as it moved on, it was not any problem. I really enjoyed the relaxation as well, and how he reminds you that you are in power of the session and are safe. I also liked how he takes time once you get into the life, and he really seems to allow for quite a bit of freedom. I discovered another new life with your video, so I really do appreciate your recommendation.
Unfortunately for me, a notification came up around half past the session, then after ignoring this, the video completely stopped with a software update! Still, I am thankful for what I did discover.

Like how one is both directed and then left alone for some time before the direction, counting starts again, something like being in between self-meditation and being guided, one is free to decide what year one wish to go into for example.

Hi, folks:

Can somebody give me a youtube link to a regression in Spanish (preferably in Spanish of Spain, not Latin-American)?

Or maybe, in Italian?

Thanks in advance.

This is all I found.

Is there an English version for this?

There are plenty of similar videos around - search and ye shall find, - but I'm afraid, not of this same guy: his intonation and style really turn me addict to him.
And even if he translated some of his videos into English, it wouldn't be the same.

Good luck !

Hi, everybody:

Just found this, interesting comments. But haven't tried it myself, as it's in English that makes no effect on me.

At your own risk.

Good luck !

In French. It's great for a first time regression because the voice ask you to see your house, your family, the best moments of your life. You also have to live the last moments to go out of the regression. For a second time in the same life I prefer to be free to see what I want.

Recently, I am trying a lot of new videos on Youtube. Including this one that goes on for 8 hours!!

It's not a video that worked for me, although none of the videos seem to work recently, so I guess the 'problem' is me and not the quality of the guided meditations. :p

My opinion about this one: just fun to try at least once. I put on headphones, laid down, no disruptions from the household. Of course, I fell asleep or something like that. The voice kept on going in my head. It's another approach because there is no hurry at all.

I never made it to the end (2 hours and 14 minutes were my maxes).

Had this running in the background today, and while I didn't get any new memories, when I went for a short walk outside, one of my PLs suddenly came back into the front of my mind, I am re-remembering scenes I already had, but with a bit more detail and clarity:
I'll keep it running in the background, let's see what will happen...

Just posting here in case anyone can help me find a specific regression. It was the first one I ever tried, on YouTube, way back in 2012. It seemed to work for me, I got a lot of good info, but...I've never been able to find it again since. I remember the voice was English, female, and she led you through a visualisation of a woodland path in spring, surrounded by 'all the little bluebells'. If anyone recognises this one I'd love to find it again, but I know that after a decade it might be long gone now.

Maybe this one? Or maybe not exactly this one but one with the same speaker?
