Cross over to reincarnate?

Hi,

Got a question. Do souls have to cross over to reincarnate?

I know of a situation in which a person reincarnated not so long after death, let's say in about a year's time.

Did this person's soul dwell in lower realms (just sticking to the earth) or doesn't that have to be the case?

I do think that souls have to cross-over before they can reincarnate. Being 'stuck' in the lower levels or being grounded, imo, also means not being able to let go of something from that previous life, especially if you carry some sort of unresolved trauma. I think souls that are grounded become ghosts.


It's not unusual that souls reincarnate quickly. I personally reincarnated within no longer than a year and a half from my previous life to the current. My personal opinion is that most souls cross-over immediately after the person dies.

There is one example among case studies researched by Dr. Ian Stevenson; A Turkish born girl, Atra Kapi had lost her life in a car crash. 28 days later a baby girl is born in a village several miles away. If interested, we might be able to dig up the story.


No pun intended.

I believe that we all cross over before we reincarnate, but the return time is entirely a personal thing. I don't think there is any rules for how quickly you come back. It could be a year, it could 100 years. My understanding is that the soul returns when it is ready to.

I figured that he meant, if a body dies, can anyone be reincarnated if they haven't yet gone through the "tunnel"?

That's exactly what I meant Nighttrain!


So we'll have to first see the light (= to me that's crossing over Deborah) before returning!


I get it, deceased souls that stay grounded will not come back because they never have been away from here, that simple logic it is
