Yes, and I just want to add my thanks and appreciation to the administrator and moderators for their hard work and effort keeping this an active and safe forum for the expression of such a taboo topic for many.tanguerra said:Whether parents of children or adults with 'odd' or 'unexplained' experiences we can listen to each other and talk about it and explore ideas together.
...My ‘attacks’ were so frequent that my Dad and I had time to set up the scene prior to the event. The first thing I looked for was an electrical outlet. I told him, “I got to get some juice in me first.”
The day came and he dropped the camera in fear. He told me,
“It was too much on my nerves to look at the ghost of my child, not knowing if it was the last time I was going to see you or not.” We never tried again...
This reminded me of another part of the story....an aspect I haven't thought of since it happened.argonne1918 said:Street lights that begin doing this every night, all night long, should be reported to the utility company so they can change the bulb.
If you can, stop and wait a few minutes to see if the bulb tries to restart. If it tries to restart after a few minutes when you are still standing there, then you will know it's a faulty bulb. In the opposite case where the light is on in the daytime it means the photocell is bad and needs to be replaced.hydrolad said:Street lights blink off when I approach them, yet not all of the time and not all of the lights.
So I attribute it to a faulty master circuit on the main line, yet this might or might not be true.
Maybe someone finally changed the bulbs.Cryscat said:We would be walking, approach a street light, watch it turn off, keep walking and about halfway to the next light, the one we just passed would turn back on and the one we were now passing, would shut off. It tripped out both of us. Only lasted a few weeks too.
