There was some discussion recently about whether to start new threads or bump older ones. To help find older threads I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread dedicated to our own favourite threads. They may be ones that covered interesting cases, ones with lots of information and discussion about a topic, or ones that were just really fun to read! Here are some of mine to start, feel free to add your own favourites :)

The 'Heart Centre Thread' piqued my interest; as thread also included discussion on focused breathing during meditation.


What are the criteria for including discussions in the 'Great Forum Threads?'

No exact criteria really, just threads you've enjoyed, made you think, given you ideas or inspiration, ones that resonated with you on a spiritual level, or even just ones that were simply memorable. Think that mostly covers it :)
