I’ve never personally heard of a Thunderbirds Helicopter – but I’m certainly no specialist. I will do a search for you later tonight though and post anything in here I find that might be relevant. I did do a real quick search with just the words “Thunderbird Helicopter” and the following page came straight up as a link, that I found really interesting, considering Matt’s love of racing - although, this could be a totally different type (I’m no race specialist either)

The late Davey Allison drove for Robert Yates Racing in the #28 Texaco Havoline Ford Thunderbird. Davey's career was tragically cut short when he died from injuries suffered when the helicopter he was piloting crashed while landing at Talladega Motor Speedway in July of 1993.

On a quick sidenote: I will now go take a fifth grade spelling and grammar class in light of my shameful abuse of the english language in my last post. ;>
I just bought and read in a single day Carols 2nd book. It was quite interesting amongst other things. Now I can't help but wonder, does Matt have any strange or unusual scars? It seemed such a prevelant and significant finding in Carol's and Dr. Stevenson's work.

Hi all! I'm a new member but have been reading most of the posts for the last few months.
I had to add my 2 cents to this subject. The 118th Assault Helicopter Company was the first assault helicopter company in Vietnam in 1963. They were known as the
"Thunderbirds" from the start:

"The Thunderbirds participated in every major battle and virtually every operation in the III Corps area. The "Thunderbirds" had distinguished themselves in the Battle of Dong Xoai, Operation Attleboro, Operation Cedar Falls, Operation Junction City; and during the 1968 "Tet Offensive" -- the Battle of Loc Ninh and the defense of Bien Hoa, Long Binh and Saigon. The men who make up the heart of the "Thunderbirds" will be remembered in the history of Army Aviation for their contributions."

Gary= Since before Matthew was 2 yrs old, he was telling us about how he and his friend had gone skeet shooting and that Matthew had accidentally shot (at?) his friend. Then his friend hit him on the back of his head with a shovel. Then, his friend took him to the hospital where Matthew told us that he eventually died. He says that he was around 12 yrs old at the time and he & his friend were black. We listened to him tell this story over and over again but never 'really listened' until Matthew started talking about how it was time for him to die and go home. Soon after that, Matthew's Uncle Bryan and Aunt Stacey took him to get a haircut. They came back with an eerie story. The beautician had showed them a blond clump of hair exactly where Matthew had been telling us that his friend hit him with the shovel. As of right now, that is about the only mark that we have found on Matthew. / Another bad night last night. Matthew sobbing in his sleep saying that it is time for him to go home. When we ask him where home is, he tells us that home is up in the sky.
 
Matthew talking to me tonight. We started talking about the thunderbird thing and although I don't think that he was sure on how to say it, I believe he was saying something like, he had to jump (or parachute, remember before I had told you that he had said something about parachuting out of a plane) out of the helicopter over the trees. Is this a time frame where the Mauser gun could come in?? Hey, I just might be getting the hang of this stuff!!
 
Matthew 'waking up' around 1:30am for the past week. He 'wakes up' screaming and crying. Last night, he was asleep beside his mother when she called me to come quick. I went in to get Matthew and he was sitting on the floor just sobbing and shaking. Should I let him talk to a hypnotist to try to help him? He is usually fine the next morning and doesn't remember anything, but the episodes at night are becoming more frequent. Also, for the past week, he is coughing and spitting whatever he coughs up out into the trashcan or wherever. He coughs just like someone who has been smoking cigerettes for a while. And every so often, he says that he isn't going to live long and that he needs to go home.

sounds like this is a serious case of the most extreme nature. It is a serious and
important as any of the cases discussed in Carol Bowmans books. Have you tried
contacting her? I think it sounds like time that there has been an intervention. Matt
needs to know many things before his past lives REALLY start affecting this one.
See if Carol or one the moderators can suggest someone local to you. At the very
least I HIGHLY recommend reading Carols books. Finished the both recently and
they may help proceed.
I think that seeing a hypnotist is very warranted as soon as possible and a good idea.
Feel free to rely on me for support, encouragement and enthusiasm.

Is it possible to communicate with Matt when he's going through these upsets at a night, to find out where the root of it lies or at least what he is experiencing????

Also have you tried out different things to see whether it would maybe calm these episodes, things like blue nightlights, which are known to calm children (and adults) before and during sleep, or maybe a little lavendar oil on his pillowcase or burnt in his room before he goes to sleep, it is well known for it's calming effect and peaceful sleep inducing properties. Maybe even reading a happy bedtime story or some music while he drifts off would set his mind on happier dream adventures.

Just some thoughts, of course I know you're all doing everything within your power already...but I just thought I'd throw these in as possibles.

As to the cough, I know it may be completely different in Matthews case, but I had a constant cough for nearly a year or so when I was 8 or so, I went to every doctor there was and was checked over everywhere, and their end prognosis was that it was a nervous cough...funny thing is, after they diagnosed me as such, it seemed to totally drift off. If he carries on with the cough, adn it becomes persistant, maybe it would be worth taking him to the doctors for a once over, just so he can hear the doctor tell him that nothings wrong...I'm not sure, but again, it's another thought.

As to hypnotherapy - if you feel that what Matthew is currently experiencing is connected to his memories of the past and that they are "upsetting" him, then I would say "GO for it"...but only once you've checked round and found one that both you AND Matthew like and trust. Maybe even talking to someone who's open to his chatter and someone eager to find him his answers is enough to lift Matthews spirits and alleviate his current thoughts of going away anywhere soon.
 
Just checking in. Matthew has had a rough weekend. Last night, he cried and cried. He just kept saying that 'nobody loved him and that he loved everybody so much'. He kept saying that 'he needed me and didn't want me to leave'. And he would look at me but I believe that he was still asleep. Right now, he is on the floor playing like he is at the dragstrip with his hotwheels. Like any normal little 3 year old. He apparently doesn't remember any of last night. He seems fine today.

Matthew sobbing again now. He keeps crying that he wants to go home. Sometimes I feel like I can't handle this anymore.
 
Last night, Matthew was saying that he wanted to go home and that he wanted his mother. She had gone to Matthew's fathers apartment. He kept saying that she wasn't going to come back. I told him that his mother would be here when he got out of bed the next morning. He cried all night long. This morning when 8am came and his mother wasn't here, we started to think about what Matthew had said. Before long, my son had called and let me know that there was a bad accident on the road that Matthews mother would take to get here. It was a 4 car accident. Everyone really got worried. Matthew would not get out of bed. A little after 9am came and his mother pulled up in the driveway. She had been caught in the traffic caused by the accident. She was going to leave sooner but she got delayed for one reason or another. She said that if she would have left when she normally would have left, she would have seen or been involved in the accident. Matthew didn't get out of bed until she walked through the door. Everyone is fine. My heart is still beating fast though!

I have been following along as time allows, for I have not been home this past month. Your grandson seems to be a very special young man. From what I have read about your countless stories he is not only remembering past lives...but also seems to be able to understand and 'read' possibilities into the future.

I am not sure if someone else has suggested the following to you, but --I hope this helps -

1). I hope you are keeping a journal and recording dates, names etc.

2). Learn to work WITH him when he becomes frightened about possible future events. Another words..ask him whats wrong...like your example it involves someone he knows and loves -- tell him to send loving and protecting thoughts to that person to help empower him! Let him know his LOVING thoughts make a difference.

3). Because of the extreme nature of your grandsons capilities..I suggest that you look into the work of Gregg Braden..The Isaiah Effect It is rather advanced but might help you make sense of your grandsons abilities at another level of understanding.

4). I will notify Carol of your posts...but do let me know if she gets back to you or not. We can then go from there.

Your grandson, it seems -- is able to expand his consciousness to understand and feel much more than most people ever experience in a life time. It is this feeling and emotional part of his awareness -- his ablitlity to --if you will--have many more senses than we acknowledge that makes him ---VERY special.

Also - may I suggest that you start a new thread? This one is very long!

Hi Matt's Grandma,

How lucky your family is that your daughter was held up for the moments that she was! As frustrating as those delays can sometimes be, most often, they are a blessing in disguise.

To share a story of my own, when I was two, my parents were bringing my brother and I to see my father's mother in a city two & a half hours away. The trip had been done often enough since my father grew up in that city, and the road was known well.

My parents always said that they loved traveling with us kids (later on, two younger sisters were also born) because we were such good travelers. For one reason or another though this time I was getting _very_ sick in the back of the car. Mom was trying to clean me up as best she could, but eventually, it came the time that she had to get my dad to pull over on the side of the road so she could clean me, I was so messy.

That finally got done, and I 'behaved' after that. Ten minutes up the road (how long it had taken for my mom to clean me up), a transport truck full of logs had tipped over, and logs were spilt all over the road, and on the field beside. Had we kept on going, we would have been right underneath the logs.

So parents everywhere, when your children or some other event is holding you up for some unknown reason in time, just remember that 'things aren't always as they seem'.

To begin with, how do I go about starting a new thread? Latest on Matthew: tonight, the electricity went out and it gave me a good chance to talk with Matthew without any interruptions. He started talking about the thunderbird thing again. I asked him if it was a plane, helicopter or a bird. He said that it was a real one (whatever that means), but then he started talking about how the front of it looked like Elmo and how his red button wouldn't work. I asked him what the red button did and he said that when you hit the red button, you could see circles and then people like his Gaga (grandfather) and I would be gone up in the high. He said that after we had gone up in the high, his Gaga and I went one way and he went another. I asked him why he didn't go with us and he said that he went with the children to the "tigger the pooh" place. (he always liked tigger better than winnie the pooh) He talked for over an hour before falling asleep and said alot more than I have written but this is what has stuck in my head. Oh yeah, one more thing. Before he went to sleep, he said that his Gaga, his mother, his uncle Bryan and Aunt Stacey and I were pulling him apart. I asked him what he meant by that and he said it was like we were breaking his legs and arms away from his body by pulling on him. It is close to 2am now but first thing in the morning, I am going to get a new battery for my camcorder and tape some of this.

Hello Matt's Grandma,

When you were talking about Matt feeling like he's being pulled apart, it reminded me of something that I wrote quite a while ago. I'd like to share it with you now...

January 24th, 1999

Today I had a dream that I was one of twelve people sitting around a board table discussing how it was that we were going to raise a two year old boy that was put in our trust and care. We all wanted what was best for him, but we all had our different objectives and goals for him too. After much fighting, it was decided that we'd each raise him however we wanted. If we saw someone else doing something that was not to our liking, we were to keep quiet because it was their way of doing things, and not neccisarily wrong.

It was always maintained that the boy was healthy, but he was not happy, or being taken care of properly, even though he had all of htese people to look after him. The trial was stoped because the board could see how much stress they were putting on the boy. Individually, they all would have made great parents, but collectively, they couldn't work as a team.

After everyone had individually said their goodbyes, I was left alone in the room with him to talk. I knew the most about him, and knew him the best anyone could. He let me know that he was sorry that he couldn't stay, but that for himself, to keep his Spirit alive, he had to leave because what we were doing was not in his best interest.

I understood, not only what he said, but what he didn't say. As children, we're all close to God. We've only been away from heaven for two short years, and we still remember how important our Spirit is. At forty or fifty, working in the tough corporate world, we've long since forgotten and need to get back and get in touch with our Souls.

Life, and living a good life is not about how much material wealth and possesions we can accumulate, but about how much our Spirit can grow, and about how much we learn, even if we're only here for a short time to come.

I just finished reading the entire thread about Matt Teachey. I'm wondering if Carol is still in touch with his grandmother, so that we could get an update? It has been a number of years since the last post from her. This is an amazing story, and well worth the read.


Regarding Indigo Children -- I've been sort of watching this phenomenon ever since our then two year old granddaughter had a premonition that a large branch was going to fall on a path we were walking. Suddenly, she "ordered" me to step back with her for several meters, and stopped to look back. Then, out of nowhere, a heavy limb came crashing down from one of the tall trees on a path near our house. That was twelve years ago, and 11 years since we've seen her. We're hoping that she will find some way to reach us, if she is still psychic.


Is anyone else witnessing this phenomenon?
