My memories

First, english is not my native language and I'm not so good at it.
Sorry about it, I'll make mistakes sorry
I'm 21 years old, so I'm not a child that's why I'm writing here.
Since I'm a child, probably all my life, I have had frangments of memories, honestly I didn't know very well what they were, five years ago I read an article about Brian Weiss, my family is catholic and they do not believe in past lifes, so I didn’t know about the concept.
I felt so fascinated with the article, it was like, a revelation, I'm not sure, but It was strong, I read all the books, and started to talk about it with my dad, he's so open to me, so listened to me, and said "well, why not? it can be true" I wasn't alone.
And I remembered those fragments again, as a child I didn't know what they were, and I never talked about them ,now I'm conscious that I was in 1810, in Mexico, it's so strong, I was a man (now I'm not), and I was in the middle of a mess, I'm mexican right now, for that reason I know well about that time in the history of my country, mexican's independence.
I have read many histories, about people in the WWII, and french revolution, and civil war, etc... but never mexican's independence, it is weird. Or maybe those people right now do not believe in past lifes, I dont know.
I'm sure I was there, I was not important like, the heroes of my country, but I was into it, then I remember something like a tunel, I dont know If it was before or after my birth. mand I dont know why that memory is important, that I was born with it.
Ah, right now, 2010, we celebrate the 200 aniversary of that important date.
I’m not crazy, I really haver those memories I have tried to make me a regression, but I only fall asleep.
Other thing I’m curious about is my relationship with my dad, I feel a deep bond between us.
I dreamed that he was a young man who was in love with me, and I loved him too. When I get up I felt so bad and strange, a friend of mine, who believe in past lifes, told me that It was probably one of my past lifes, I want to know what I have to do in order to see my past lifes, meditation or something?

I believe that everyone here is very grateful for your memory involving Mexican History. Congratulations on your 200th Anniversary! Our interest in the world very often goes way beyond the common Anglo view of history, and you'll find people who remember lives in South America, Central America, the West Indies and Caribbean islands, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Africa, Asia and Russia. We have learned a great deal about the rest of the world, but there have been very few Mexican memories, and yours are most welcome.


Please do write your thoughts here often, and keep asking questions. Thank you for sharing - I can only agree with Nightrain that memories of Mexico in general and the civil war specifically are not common around here, so your memories are most welcome


Have you considered trying regression? Audio cd's suited for past life regressions

Thank you for sharing your past life experience, your English was perfectly understandable to me also.


I have the same problem as you do with falling asleep when I meditate. The only advice I can offer you, is that you should try meditating while sitting up, do you lay down to meditate? You could also try meditating in the morning, shortly after you wake up so that you're not so tired and your mind is already somewhat relaxed. Make sure you get a good night of sleep the night before, and don't forget the magic word ...... practice! and keep practicing! It doesn't come to everybody straight away

I just had another memory, It's in the same time and place I have told you before.


I'm sure I took part in the "war", I was a man, my name is not clearly.


I was young like 19 or 21, sorry but I'm not sure about the word or term in english, but I was a person called "criollo" a child of spanish parents (or european) who was born in the new world (Nueva España) New spain.


It was really unfair, spanish people had all the privileges, indian people didn't accept you too.


I had the feeling I died young because of the war, I had good ideas, and concepts about freedom, society and government, but at final I was killed, I was so furious.


Old men like them were useless I was sure, they just did things who sacrifice innocent people.


Well, more than saw I felt and had a lot of information.


I will tell you I f I can see more.

Criollo


Hi, Jenia! In English, criollo is creole. This is the French form of the word. It came into English from Louisiana, I think.


I don't know why Mexican memories are not common here. If anything, that makes your memories even more interesting.
