Ok,I'll straight this up.I'm from Taiwan, and my english is not so good. And I don't know a thing about reincarnation. But I really need some help in hands right now.
I had a friend who committed suicide on the date of her 20 years old birthday this year. She have starved and dehydrated herself more than ten day to death. When she was alive,I remember she had told me something about her belief. She believe in reincarnation. And she had pray to universal God she could reborn to a full of love and warm family in the west. And she thought fasting to death could give her the power or change her bad karma in this present life. When she passed away, she looked peaceful anyways. My dear friend,Bernice.
She had been sufferd a terrible childhood.I'm her best friend that she had told me everything,we shared our secret. She said she had been beaten by his father in phsically (and sexually) and mentally. Her mother didn't do anything to stop this. And lack of her parents' love and care. She had locked herself up in her own world. She had a poor skill in socializing.I'm her only friend. And in the past 2 years she had lived alone in her own place. We have communicate by emails or letters only.
She told me that when she was a child, she like to abuse her pets and finally she "murder" a pet on purpose.(In letter she said that she was very regrett about this). She also had a experience of being in prostitution for 3 month when she was just turn to 18.
And now,I really need to know what her next life would be,I'm very sad and hope she will find a happy place in peace. She always cared about her family, but it was a pity her family didn't give a **** about her.In the end of letter she said that she hope to have a loved family and be a loving person who know how to love and care people in her next life. And also being a musician with love. She loves music in her all life.
I just want to know if she will be fine in her next life?If there are some experts or people knowing about this kind of situation?By the way,she believed in Jesus,Virgin Maria, and Budda. Please let me know what will happen to her next life?I really miss her. Please share your opinon,I'm really thankful.

Dear Monachang,

I'm very pleased that you have such love and courage for your friend to have written this wonderful note. I'm also very sorry for the loss of your friend, and am very saddened by what she had to suffer through in this life.

I wish that I could answer your questions. However, none of us would have any idea about where she will end up in her next life, or if she will be happier than she was in this life.

Generally, most of us tend to believe that we all have some choice about when and where we will be reborn. But, we also tend to believe that our present lives were chosen by us with the help of our guides. You friend might have chosen this latest life for a reason, and starving herself to death might mean that she may have to come back to this life and repeat it.

I think that we sometimes choose too much for ourselves, and that our own planning can set us up for failure. Also, I think that our best plans can be changed by circumstances beyond our control. So, she may get her wish to have a better life somewhere. I hope that her next life is close to you.

I hope that you will continue with your interest in reincarnation, and we welcome you to this Forum. I'm sure that you will feel much better about your friend, if you continue to read and share your thoughts with us on this Forum. You will find much information here, which may change your life forever.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear friend.

I think one of two things may happen.

If your friend did accomplish everything in this life that her soul set out to do, then it is possible that she may be reborn in a happier situation in her next life.

If she did not do this, then she will have to work out the issues that she avoided in this life, in the next one.

The understanding that I have developed about attitudes toward suicide in the other world depends on the circumstances of the suicide. Someone who is terminally ill who chooses to die early seems to be ok. But if the body is physically healthy, then it is seen as a cop out and a failure of sorts. Its never condemned.

Don't know if this will help or not. I don't have the answers and no one really does.
