Reincarnation and Oversoul

I know that Dolores Cannon became a parent of the new age movement and got into starseeds and other stuff. Not talking about that. In 1968. Dolores was living a quiet life in Arkansas. Until she did one hypnosis with a woman suffering from anxiety. That session changed everything. Instead of childhood memories the woman described other lives, 1823, 1850, Ancient Egypt, with names, accents and details that Dolores later verified as real. That started Dolores's obsession. She spent the next 40 years hypnotizing people. She tapped into what she called "The Subconscious." Not Freud's subconscious, but a universal field where: All Souls Connect and All Knowledge Exists. Over and over, people revealed the same truths: WE CHOSE OUR PARENTS BEFORE BIRTH; EARTH IS A SCHOOL; DEATH IS NOT AN END; LIFE IS A SIMULATION. But the strangest part? The voice speaking wasn't them. It used advanced vocabulary, spoke in metaphors and described quantum ideas that the subjects never studied. When Dolores asked "who are you?" The Answer: "The Higher Self." It claimed Humans are not random, we are volunteers. Souls incarnating to help Earth Evolve.

Higher Self, subconscious, oversoul, akashic records. All different terms, I think, for the same thing. I have delved into shamanic circles and know that when, for example, a lion comes into your energetic circle, its not the soul of one lion, but the oversoul of the species. Humans too have an oversoul. I posted about my Nuclear dreams and I think the I must have not only tapped into a possible future, but pulled from the knowledge of the oversoul, how a body comes apart in a nuclear bomb attack, sInce that is in the knowledge base of the oversoul.

As for Life is a simulation: one time when I was not feeling well, I took a nap. When I woke up, I was not seeing reality normal. What I saw was waves of light that was in the color and shape of the things surrounding me. Really trippy. Finally reality rearranged itslelf into something normal. This sent me down a rabbit hole in quantum physics. String theory was the best match. Now am thinking that our minds create reality from the light and visual stuff. Mind blowing.

What are your thoughts?

Here's my thoughts! IMHO, YMMV, cordial tip of the hat and all..

Life is a simulation: eh. we live in a constructed reality, but it's real. We can't modify anything or change any of the underlying operating variables, actions have natrual and logical consequences and this is real, experiential and taingble to everyone in the exact same way.

Higher Self, subconscious, oversoul, akashic records. All different terms, I think, for the same thing.

I think it breaks down more like:

Higher self / oversoul / soul: the part of you that is still "over there" and tethered to the source, or you could say, the real you. Now here's the fun part. We are here to learn, that is true. If the soul desires to learn through contrast (sometimes extreme) or needs to fuflfill a specific goal / contract, than the earth bound incarnation may seem completely different than the soul "over there", like in your post.

I would wager though that this isn't that common. Most of what we've seen on the forum and in our own experiences seems to be that most "people" are direct reflections of their souls and are continious in their expression and personalities throughout lives.

Akashic records: These serve two purposes. Long term memory is not an inherent part of your soul. Your soul remebers through experiential learning and runs mostly on a somewhat lengthy short term memory; we're keeping in mind that souls are eternal afterall.

So the akashic records are your own personal long term memory storage ( so the soul isn't burdened by aeons of literal memories (but you remember the tone or feel of those memories) and it also serves as your own personal sense of time, it serves as your own sense of before, after and now.

And not to worry, nobody can access your records if you don't want them to.

String theory was the best match - There's some underlying truth in there, about vibrating strings of energy forming the basic building blocks of matter, but the other side of the equation is the holographic universe. I'd say that's probably the best match for what we experience.

And one last thing, the universe and the earth has it's own sense of memory too. One thing that's interesting is that memories can be stored and retrieved from it as well.. however, when they are retrieved, they are accessed as a mirror image. Think about how light shines through a photographic negative.

So when memories are retrieved or accessed by people, they're in reverse. So quite possibly, the first male was a female, the point of existence was embodied incarnation..

yes something to think about. I am useing oversoul as a term for the soul of a species. The Human oversoul has quite a lot packed into it. !

As I understand it our past life memories are stored in the permanent atom of the soul body or what some may term the causal body. The causal /Soul Body is named "Causal" because it is the originating source of each new personality that reincarnates in each lifetime. It is the source of your manifested present personality, causing it to be and exist.

When your present personality ends, the eternal essence of you is absorbed and goes inward into the next inner body which would be the astral. Soul will then spend time on various levels of this dimension of reality until the same process occurs once again and soul drops the astral body and goes further inward into the mental body. Then after some time has been spent on the mental dimension soul will drop the mental body and finally return to full consciousness within the Soul/Casual Body which is the eternal part of you. The Soul Body is immortal as it exists beyond time space and matter during your soul journey through the many incarnations or lifetimes within the lower worlds of duality which are the physical, astral and mental dimensions.

So, each time we reincarnate we receive a new mental, astral and physical body which have no memory of these prior lifetimes. However, the karmic actions from the past are carried over to later be expressed in the new lifetime. This is because the permanent memories and karmic actions of these other lifetimes are stored within the soul body itself. But since the new incarnated ego has no memory of this it will in essences get a clean slate each time. This process is how the soul/consciousness itself evolves from what I have read, learned and experienced in some of my OBE's.

This is one of the reasons why children have an easier time remembering their past lives is because their inner bodies are still developing along with their physical one. Having not yet lived in this world all that long allows them easier access to the connections within the soul body’s permanent atom and its memories of other lifetimes lived. As the child grows older this becomes less and less possible as the present personality is now taking hold and is more grounded into the physical world. In time these memories fade all together. In a way this is has it should be.

As nature is kind by not allowing us to normally have memories of these other lifetimes so as to prevent any harm it may cause both mentality and emotionally to the present personality now being lived. From what I have read and learned the human oversoul (or soul group) occurs once again on the causal plane. This is also where the akashic records are kept and read as it is above duality, time and space.
