SAME FAMILY Reincarnation

Hello Anastasia3001 and welcome. :)

Yes, it really is common to reincarnate to the same family, and it sounds like your daughter wanted to come back to you and show you what a loving mother-daughter bond can be like.

I'm glad you found this forum and will probably react differently now if she decides to bring it up again. If there's a good, peaceful moment, I don't think asking her about it wouldn't hurt, either. If you are for example tucking her in and having a talk, you could ask if she still remembers having been your mother. But if she says no, or doesn't want to talk about it, don't force it. :)

I also recommend Carol Bowman's Return from Heaven. You can find it here. I'm sure you'd find it very interesting.

I'm glad you have such a good relationship with your daughter!

Welcome Anastasia! Your story is wonderful. I'm happy you've found motherhood so rewarding with your daughter. Perhaps that is a life lesson for you. As they get older that role changes and evolves. With this new snippet of information perhaps your life will be much easier in the coming years, especially in the "trying-teens." I believe we are all here to learn and experience. Memories surface for that reason, it's our hope to recognize them and make the most out of it. Perhaps there is some healing and growing in it for you and your own Mom. Does she involve herself with your daughter?

I also, highly suggest Carol's book, it is right up your alley! AND continue to search. Life is a journey!!

this seems like an appropriate spot to post a little bit about my youngest son...when we found out we were pregnant my fiance immediately came up with the name jackson for him and i knew that was the right selection for a boy..we later found out we were having a boy and we chose jackson joseph for his names...closer to my due date we were talking to my fiance's mom who still lives in one of the little alaskan native villages up the coastline and she told us that her dad, grandpa harvey, had first been named jackson and that the missionaries who came had changed his name to harvey....no one had known him as jackson since grandpa was little....to me that seemed an even more fitting reason to name our little one jackson...

jackson joseph was born on April Fools Day 2006 and has been a daddy's boy most of the time, very clingy to his dad....since he could walk, he started pacing the rooms with his body leaning forward and his hands behind his back in a certain position....he did that SO often that my husband and i started wondering about it and finally he realized where he'd seen this before, grandpa harvey used to pace like that up and down the rooms of his village home before he passed away....my husband was surprised that our little boy was doing the same thing with grandpa harvey's intense expressions....

also shortly after he could walk he began rocking from foot to foot with his legs spread....like the way native americans dance from side to side...and he would sing either "ah ha" or "ya yoo" in a singsongy way...it looks to me like tlingit dancing even though he's never been exposed to it

i might be jumping to conclusions :) i watch jackson now for any other PL signs or traits....in a few months we will take jackson with us to the huge gathering of tlingits, haidas and tsimshians that happens once every two years...i want to see what our baby, now 2, thinks of the native culture and dancing

Thanks for sharing, Ruth! That sounds very interesting and I hope you'll keep us updated and will let us know if Jackson reacts to the native dancing etc.

I'd love to hear more members' thoughts on this. Return to Heaven really brought this idea into my heart. Any thoughts? Experiences? Impressions in your life?
