Part 1 of 4
I read your posting with interest and those of the other people who responded with regards to your Soul Mate or theirs.
People who intuitively know someone although they do not know why. Or someone they just can't get out of their lives.
I found it interesting the whole "Soul Mate" concept because for a while I visited the popular dating sites after being divorced in 2006 and every woman seemed to be looking for their Soul Mate.
I found this so odd because I have never had a compulsion to find a "Soul Mate". Rather someone to share company and experiences with.
Maybe perhaps I already knew that my "Soul Mate" is not living on the Earth.
Since a very young age I have felt a very strong presence of a female spirit that is always looking out for me. I sense her presence and enjoy the occasional small comment here and there with her. It is like talking to yourself, only someone talks back into your mind.
I can hear her brief replies in my mind including the sensation of a smile and or a giggle.
At no times do I ever feel alone, as she always seems to be present.
By nature I am a loner. This is a pretty common trait for men and so I do not think anything of it.
Women by and large are not a part of my life in any romantic sort of way. I think this is because the female spirit who looks after me is a little territorial and has a jealous streak. (As I write this I can hear her laughing in my mind and smiling with acknowledgement.)
Strange but true.
And my “Spirit Girl” may even be able to do small miracles.
The story is below. It is a little bit long but full of detail.
This past October 2011 after returning to Burlington, Vermont after a trip to the San Francisco Bay area I got stranded in Vermont unable to return to Canada.
I had driven my car over to Burlington, Vermont and the Canadian border patrol would not let me drive back into Quebec despite being a Canadian citizen.
So I was trapped in Vermont for a month and slept in my car to save money. I rarely rent a hotel room while on vacation as car camping has turned out to be very flexible, fun and affordable.
Car camping I quickly discovered is only good when the temperature is above 30F / 0C. Within 3 weeks I suddenly lost 50% to 60% of my lung capacity. It was very scary.
