Waking Up Early

Lately I've been waking up early in the morning with a buzzy feeling in my head. I've been taking my meds as usual so that can't be why. Also I haven't been drinking. I'm afraid to tell my doctor because I know he will say it's adhd and I'm so tired of being told I have adhd, but at the same time this buzzy feeling in my head makes it hard for me to focus and makes me more emotional. I know the head is an energy center known as the crown Chakra so I'm thinking maybe I just have a lot of energy there, but not entirely sure. Maybe it really is adhd. What do you guys think?

It's always worth ruling out anything physical medically first. Maybe it is ADHD, or a vitamin/mineral deficiency? If you have an existing ADHD diagnosis it's probably best to look at that first. Once physical explanations have been ruled out, then it is safe to look to spiritual answers. I've had various feelings of vibration or buzzing in areas of my body that correspond to chakra centres too, that didn't have a physical explanation; they usually cleared up after whatever was blocking them was addressed (eg. buzzing in the throat chakra cleared when I told someone about a spiritual issue I was experiencing at the time)

Been happening on a regular basis lately. I'm still not wanting to go to doctor. I just don't need to be told I have adhd. I'm so tired of others thinking I'm mental. Still all this is making it hard for me to focus and is also making me more emotional.

Rule out the obvious first.. no caffeine late in the day and limit other drinks and food (definitely no sugar or heavy carbs, spicy foods) after 6-7pm.

Exercise daily, go walking, up and down stairs if you can. Start slow and them build up.

Reduce your TV and screen time to allow yourself time in the dark in bed to get adjusted to be able to relax and fall alseep. Don't simply turn off your phone and try to sleep right after.

ADHD may be the cause, especially if you're younger, like up to the 20's in age. However, with ADHD comes anxiety, depression and other things and those are mainly responsible for early morning waking. I would work on tackling those first and find ways to relax and maybe ask your doctor for something to help you sleep.

Here's another tip though, if you wake up hot, sweaty, gassy, the room feels warm and humid or anything like that, a food intolerance or allergy may be to blame. It took me years to figure that out, so I'm very careful what I eat late in the day or have for dinner.

I'm starting to think it's just excitement from moving again. Im starting to get back to my regular sleep cycle now. Also talked to my counselor about it being adhd and she says I'm worrying too much about adhd because I'm bored and need a new job that's more exciting.
