Hello,
there is something about other people's past life memories that often causes doubt in me even though I actually think that we all have live many times before. But why is it that most people only seem to remeber past lives in which they have been the same race and lived in a time/country that is well known through media and books and somehow "meaningful" in world history etc. I mean from time to time people will remember a life "somewhere in africa" (not even the specific country) as a hunter or warrior or something with slavery, which mirrors exactly the media representation of this area and/or commons historical knowledge even though there have been ancient kingdoms there. the same with asia or even south america or countries like kyrgyztan.
Usually people remember past lives from flapper time, civil war etc in us, medivial times in europe, ancient rome or greece, i.e. times that are well known to us. even the not so "impressive" historical periods remembered usually took place somewhere in europe. It just seems strange to me that most people have been white in most of the past lives (as i said sometimes people remember one or two non-european lives) and in the western hemisphere.Who then live all the other lives? If you are supposed to experience soul growth wouldn't you probably choose diverse life experiences and live the struggle of different ethnic groups and cultures? I mean would you not at least be a black american or a native or jewish if you would choose to always stay in the US/Europe for example.
