When I was four, I remember saying to my mother weird stuff like, "Don't we all come from somewhere else when we're born" or "Don't we become another person when we die?" Is this common behavior for a child with a past life? My mom said no, that does not happen and I remember feeling very confused and like what I think must be true and that I had experienced life as another person who spoke another language. Judging from the words I would make up, probably eastern European. I don't recall any exact conscious memories about who I was, but I did have rather unexplainable phobias and things that seem bizarre and off for a child that age. For example, I felt like I knew what it was like to be tall and gangly but I was average height and build. When I was about 4 or 5 I had an older man's voice in my head who had a distinctive mustache that would tell me what to do (of course I was aware that it was in my head and not real). This went away completely at 8 or 9.
My best guess is that I was an eastern European child taken from my parents and raised in a lebensborn home who later as an adult, died in a soviet concentration camp. I dunno if this is possible with the timing of the war but it seems most logical to me based on deja vu memories and separation anxiety, fear of being raped etc. I think I may have died in the camp of pneumonia or an STD and been brutally raped. As a child I was very sensitive to sex offender creepiness and I was not told that about strangers. I also had terrifying dreams of being gang raped, mostly as an adult woman in the dream but sometimes I was a child. I also have other theories about what my past life could be, like being my 13 year old sister of my grandmother who died from having inexact insulin (they were Polish and may have speaken the language) but this is the one I think is most likely.
Is it just that I want to tack on the idea of a past life and that I've suffered or is this really the source of my problem? Cause I feel stupid when I read about children who report past life memories in great detail. I realize this is all a bit hard to read, but it is pains taking to explain.
