Memory of sexual abuse?/updates/My son's other mom (merged)

just an update

Just checking in to see how things are going with your son. I did look up some of my old files and came up some information. But due to the nature of the images discribed and some of the things that happened, I don't think that it would be a good idea to post it in the general forum. Some of the information is fairly graphic and violent, and fairly dark.

If you want I can email the information to you after I convert over to a PDF document. To be perfectly honest, some of the information would make a good Steven King movie.

Let me know what you want.

Jeff

This thread has ideas for handling night terrors and dreams. Some of the suggestions might help. We've had some success with our son's nightmares using a blue nightlight and a guardian angel pin by his bed.

Knightwolf

I just noticed this thread you posted. I think I saw it the 1st time I read your post but being at work, I ran out of time and eventually forgot you had posted it. I read the stories and i'm intrigued by many things I read. My son had night terrors from the time he was just a couple months old until he was about 3. Now he doesn't wake up arching his back and screaming but he still has nightmares obviously. I didn't know how much past life can be linked to your dreams. reading those stories makes me believe even more so that my son came from a very hard past life although I don't think it was from to long ago. The things he describes are violent and always has guns. Those are when he dreams of being a child and he's usually with another little boy. In the "Magent Link" dreams, he says he's always alone and feels lost but noone will help him.

Every night before he goes to bed, he wispers really fast and over and over again not to let him have bad dreams or "go to that bad place"

To all that responded

How did I miss all of your responses? I wish I had seen this. I'm going to start a dream journal for Anthony. Maybe it will help him get over some of this. This website has been such a wonderful find for me and I'm so happy I found it.

After reading so many of them, I started thinking of things that may have been past life related with both my children. There is an old photo of my great grandmother when she was a baby and her brother standing in front of their parents. My 2 year happened to be on the bed just below it at my moms house and he pointed and said "Oh, (and I can't remember the name he said) but he wanted to hold the picture and has been absolutely infatuated with it since he saw it. I wonder if he knew one of them or was one of them? Very interesting.

thanks to all of you.

So glad that you found them now! :D How is Anthony doing? Perhaps you can have him draw a picture of his dreams to put in the journal, so that he feels like he's helping ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. I asked Anthony last night how his dreams had been. He said lately he hasn't had any or at least he can't remember them ;) I'm happy for him and hopefully they won't return but if they do, at least I have some good ideas to take off with.

Thanks!

That's great to hear, confused2! Perhaps Anthony has remembered what he needed to

That was an interesting story about your younger son and the photo. Has he shown any other signs of remembering a past life?

I'm not sure. I look and listen more carefully now since I found this website. I really hadn't looked into the theory of reincarnation until I found this. I started looking because I couldn't make since or find answers to my son's problems. I was reaching for any possibilities and this one just seemed to answer a few things.

I asked the kids if they remember living with another mom or dad? My youngest didn't understand and my 6 year old looked at me like I was an idiot. I said, "I'm just kidding! Why do you have to take me so serious."

lol

Have you ever tried asking questions leading back to "Do you remember before you were born?". Maybe starting with something last week and gradually asking for information further back? :)

Has Anthony ever said that you were also his mother before?
I understand that he has memories with you but it wasn't clear to me if you were also his mother in those memories or maybe someone else who was very close to him...
I haven't heard or read anything before that says that regressing young children is bad or dangerous...
Carol's book has many stories about kids who were regressed and were a lot better after all... Maybe is something that you should consider. ;)

Thanks for sharing your story with us Confused2! :)

Hi Confused2,
.
Hard to say about the regression. I've thought about doing it for my son because he says in the lifetime that scares him the most, I was his mom. My son is 5 1/2. I thought if I regressed then maybe I could at least find out what happened.
Vicky

What is his story for this time in his life, if you don't mind me asking?

Anthony has never really said anything (or maybe i don't remember since I hadn't approached the theory of reincarnation) but he's always been to knowledgable for his age. He's had what I would call an old soal. When he was little, he would listen contently and make comments as though he had lived here all his life. Anthony and I have always had a very close and almost casual relationship. It's mother to son but when we talk, we talk as though we've always known eachother where as with my 2 year old, it's a typical mommy to son relationship and it's not so "casual". I don't know really how to explain it but Anthony and I can just look at each other and know what the other is thinking.

In that aspect, maybe we have had past lives together and that is why our relationship is different than others. When I refer to relationship, It is still a mom to son and he gets in trouble and I cry and laugh with him but there is something different between us. In fact, it's like that with him and my mom too. Him and my mom are even closer that my son and I. They can have a conversation that lasts hours and Anthony will talk about all sorts of things that blows my mom out of the water but while they're talking, she doesn't even skip a beat, they just "know" eachother. If I look into that deeper.....(Wow, maybe my mother, my sister, me and Anthony all had a past life together) I posted a post in "Past Life Memory" about a recurring dream I had as a child. I questioned the fact that my mom and sister were in one of them. In this case, maybe somehow we all were linked in different ways.

(shrugging shoulders)

My son did have another mom

Hey yall.

Those of you who have gotten to know me know that I'm a "newbie" and am just now approaching the theory of reincarnation. One individual sudgested to me at one time to inquire of my children if they remembered living before. Well I couldn't figure out how to ask this so I hadn't until the other day. My 2 year old was eating and I asked, "Cohl, did you ever have another mommy?" He quite plainly nodded his head and said "yes." I said "What was her name" He did not skip a beat and said "Cindy". He doesn't know any Cindys.

I said "Where is she now?" He pointed up and said "Up there" sounded like "Up ere"

I was so excited. I didn't know it was that easy. I haven't asked him anything else because he's only 2. I don't know what other easy questions I could ask him. Anyway, just letting yall know.

Hi Confused2,

Wow, that's exciting! Now you have another little guy's memories to wait for & listen to! Did you try asking him what his name was then?

Thanks for sharing! :D

My 2 yr old knew my great great grandma

Just an update. While at my mom's house over the weekend, I pulled the photo down and put it in front of my 2 yr old to see if he'd say the name for my mom. He said "Nelly". That was right. her name was nelly! My mom asked him if he knew the name of the man standing beside her. He made a face and scratched the picture saying, "I no like him; he mean." We asked him a few more times, always got the same response so when I went to put the picture up, he followed me, I grabbed another old pic from my dads side this time and asked if he knew their names. His response: "I don't know them."

Hi Crissy

Hi Crissy,
Sorry for the delayed response. I just saw your question about my son's life time that seems to cause him the most stress.
I too, wasn't certain about whether I even believed in reincarnation and just like you, it turned out there was no other rational explanation.
My son has told me about several lifetimes but there is one in particular that has more of an affect on his/our life now.
He says that I was his mother and my husband was his father and we lived in Japan. By the way, he brought up this lifetime because he used a japanese word and when I asked him what the word was, he described a tool that he says was used in farming in Japan. I asked him how he knew and he was shocked that I didn't remember 'this really long time ago lifetime.'
He said that under his bedroom there was an area under the house that he thought had wild animals in it. He is extremely afraid of what is under his bed now. It's way beyond anything normal. Really tough to get him to sleep in his room. He told me he was mauled (he used the words 'scratched all over') by some kind of large cat animal. He told me he didn't die at the time he was mauled. One time he suddenly told me he thought the animal was a snow leopard.
I wanted to know more about what happened to try to help him resolve his fears and in the eternal hope that someday we will sleep through the night. Actually, usually after he remembers a lifetime, he will sleep through the night for a few days, then its back to the wild animal fears. Anyway, I went to a psychic. I wanted to be regressed to see if I could remember and find out more about this life since I was there. I have heard it is not wise to regress children until they are at least 11 years old. The psychic wouldn't regress me but she gave me a reading and told me that my son actually died from infection due to the mauling. She also, without being told about my son saying it was a snow leopard, told me it was a snow leopard. She said they found it as a baby and raised it but one day when my son was already a man, it mauled him.
He doesn't want to talk about his lifetimes unless he brings them up so I am just waiting for him to bring it up again. The psychic also told me that his family kept livestock under the house so that forest predators would not get them.
My son did tell his uncle in this life that the reason he won't go to sleep is because he is afraid his uncle from his most recent lifetime is going to come and get him and take him back to that lifetime.
He is very confused about how he got here to this lifetime. He seems comforted by my explanations but then will go back to being confused again.
My son was also an early talker and reincarnation has explained many things about our relationship.
Good luck to you with your boys. I find the whole thing fascinating.
Vicky

To Vicky

Wow. What a story. I seem to hear more and more that family have spent time with eachother in other life times. Thats so amazing to me. I hope you and your son can make it through. I can only imagine what his fear intaled when a giant animal was coming at him. Maybe you could get him in some classes through the city Zoo or something. I know that the Zoo out here has classes for children to attend. It opens up the world of wild animals and plant life, ect. Maybe if your son could get a closer look at that world and face his fear, maybe it would be a sort of therapy for him. Maybe he'd also see that nowadays wild animals can't roam freely under houses or in neighborhoods and he's safe. It may take some time but a fear like that is probably going to have to be addressed head on.

Have a good day, Vicky. :o

Update

Just to let all of you know. The thought that sexual abuse may have been past life is no longer a thought of mine. It has been proven my son was abused. His father is no longer around me in any since and he is by law not allowed to have contact with the children still. He basically admitted it in a court hearing I attended with him. I left upset, angry and very very hurt. I'm moving on though once again. We all must start over some time and I thought maybe it was all coming to an end but it came to an end in another way and Anthony and I will get through it.

So unfortunatly, it did happen but I'm still concerned about his dreams and what not. I've listed so many things about his confusing little self, I hope that one day I can help him sort it all out.

I didn't want to share because I often am imbarrassed that I allowed a man in to our lives capable of such hipocracy. But I felt it best since so many people read these threads and I needed to set it straight that as much as I hoped it was a past life memory being brought up; it wasn't. Wich brings me to a good point. I always thought that if I was put into a situation like this one, I had my set views. #1, Id kill the man. #2, if I didn't; I would never be able to get within 10 feet of him without trying to kill him. Mind you, this was my mind set when the alligations were first made but to any of you who may be going through this or may in the future (I pray that you don't) Even if your child tells you they lied, look at all the facts, don't depend on hopes that it really didn't. I came to the realization in the end before i had even seen my ex-husband in front of the judge that I could not be with him. I soley could not give him the benefit of the doubt when it came to safety of my children. As much as I thought I'd never be blinded by hopes and love.....I was.

Peace to all and may you all remember what we are here for. To protect, love and guide our children. To find the truths in ourselves and the truths within this vast world that we live in, but we cannot forget how precious and easily manipulated little children may be. May we truly find the truths in our past life's and not focus on what could be fantasy and allow our hopes to possibly destroy our future. What a complicated life we live in. I'm very glad I found such a knowledgable group of people and I thank all of you for your constant support and wise advice.

Take care.

Hi ((((((Chrissy/Confused 2))))))-- just wanted to give you a hug and encourage you to hang in there. I am glad you and your children are safe now.

((( Crissy, Anthony and Cohl )))

I am so sorry... :( My heart goes with you...
It's good to know that he is out of your lives for now.

Hi Crissy,
You are so strong. I am so sorry that you and your boys had to go through this. Its good that your boys have you.

I'm so sorry to hear what you all had to go through. It is good that your children are safe now, and that you are with them to help them overcome what happened. My heart goes out to all of you.

Thanks to all

Thank you for all of your kind words and hugs. I'm certain that we will make it through with support of our loved ones and friends and of course my belief in prayer.

My biggest concern was that there may have been someone to read this thread who's child had made alligations and think it possible that it was a PL. It could be but It could not be. I would have felt horrible if my hopes mislead a parent trying to protect their child.

Now lets return to the happiness this forum provides. I don't want to bring any feelings of sadness. My children will triumph over this as will I. Everyday I try to smile and I look forward to the new finding's I hope to come across in my journey of understanding past lives, what i'm here for and what I can do to make my children advance in their own lives.

So, tears wiped away, lets move on to the intriguing stories that are posted on here every day!

Much love!

Crissy

Just one more from me. I want to say thank you for sharing that information. I know it can't have been easy. There are a lot of people in the world who see the signs of abuse in their child and make excuses instead of doing something about it. I hope your words, should anyone dealing with that read them, will encourage those people to take their blinders off and move forward to protect their children. Big hugs to you and your boys. They are so lucky to have you.

I hope so too. Thank you Chelle. Sometimes I don't feel like the greatest mom until small words of encouragement seem to lift me back up.

Take care.

Okay, Crissy, just one more :o

I am soooo glad that you did share. There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. We're human, and we want to believe that the people we allow into our lives, and the lives of our children are genuinely good. However, some people are just extremely gifted at hiding their true selves.

When the potential was there, for Anthony's story to be true, you did what had to be done to keep your children safe. You're still keeping him safe, listening to him, helping him and loving him throughout this difficult time. That, IMO is what a good mother does ;)

You're a wonderful and caring parent and your boys are very lucky to have you. I hope that all of your hearts heal quickly, and your love for each other grows stronger every minute.

Hugs,
Ailish

My ex hid it very very well. I thought he was such a good dad but my mother and I noticed Anthony's attitude changing and weren't sure what was going on. I remember having this overwhelming feeling that my husband at the time was molesting my son but I had no proof. I remember laying in bed crying and thinking I was insane for having such horrible thoughts about such a loving person. I thought my constant worry that something like that would happen to my children had gotten the best of me and I was loosing my head.

I have a huge binder that I kept detailed notes of everything that happened from the day my son made the alligations. After he said it was all a lie, I had 3 anxiety attacks because I wanted to believe Anthony so bad that it didn't happen and he was so adimant that it did not happen but I would take that book out (as hard as it was) and read the memories and how he acted, things he said, things he dreamed, he grinded his teeth, loose bowls, ect. I just could not fathom how he could act that way and it all be a lie. My parents told me when the 2nd anxiety attack occured (I missed 2 days of work and could not get out of bed) that I need not obsess over all the conflicting details. In their words, "You believed him when he said it did happen, now believe and support him when he says it did not happen."

My now ex was released on a plea bargain of "injury to a child" once Anthony pulled his statements back. In our State, up until September of 2005, it was against the law to spank a child. It was never really inforced except in cases such as this one. The state did not drop the alligations completely though and ordered my ex to attend sessions with a psychologist and undergo 3 different tests that are given to released sex offenders to register where they are at mentally and to keep tabs on them. He told me he passed all the tests but would never provide proof and thats why when he went in front of the judge so that if he passed the tests, he could be released to see the boys; I brought my scared self up into that court room and sat down and watched. The judge told my ex he felt that he was a "very sick individual". He said, "You have a very big problem, and if you do not get the proper help, you will hurt another child wether you want to or not." My ex nodded his head in pure agreement!! The judge went on to say that from what had been said in some of my ex's session's with the psychologist, he was almost certain my ex had been badly abused throughout his life and would bet money that is why he became the man that he did. My ex continued to nod.

Once we left, he's called twice to check on the boys. A big change from the phone call everyday that he used to make. I cried to him on the last phone call wich was about 3 days ago. When the alligations were first made, i saw him as a ruthless monster. I questioned his love for any of us and my heart ached like nothing I had ever felt. This time around, I ache out of sadness for the situation. My question was answered that the man I spent 7 years of my life with did really love us. He does truly care but he's very very sick and that saddens me so. i told him this and he remained very quiet. It's such a hard realization to know that you love a person that loves you and the children but has a disease that makes him a true danger to your family and because of that, I must fight any natural feelings of love for the man I knew as my husband and only remember him as a threat. I will not associate with him anymore and when I look at how much Cohl resembles his dad, I think what a great child and growing little toddler, my ex is missing out on.

(Big sigh) Please forgive the length of this! I did not realize I had typed so much. Maybe I do need to talk about this. I haven't really spoke of any of this to anyone, just a brief, yeah, he's guilty, lets talk about something else. It seems like writing may actually be an outlet for me.

Sorry to everyone!!!!! I know this was totally off the forum topic and please accept my apologies.

I guess I better do what I was hired for....and work this morning. :)
