I have 3 children, a 7 year old and 2 year old twins.
When my oldest was younger she never said anything that hinted that she remembered past lives but as she got a bit older and she took an interest in painting it began to come out more.
Her most recent and most obvious painting was one where she had a man driving a cart with a horse, he had a big smile on his face. In the back was a person with very dark skin and black hair with their arms in the air. Attached to the first cart was a second with another dark skinned person with black hair with their arms in the air. I wondered if she had had a past life during slavery.
As always I asked her to tell me about her picture and she explained, "Oh, that's just a man taking those children for a ride, they aren't very happy but they are pretending to be."
I will try and get a picture of her painting up.
She doesn't say things often but when she does it's quick and she will never delve deeper into it. My MIL is a Native healer and had a friend over to help her build a sweat lodge. My daughter loves helping with lodges and always seems to know what to do. My MIL brought her friend over to assist in blessing our house and when he was out of earshot afterwards she said, without looking up from what she was doing, watching after him sadly, "He was my dad once." I don't come out and ask her to repeat herself I ask things like, "What did you look like then?"or "Where did you live when that happened?" but she refused to talk about him.
I have a feeling it was a turbulent relationship that she wished had gone better.
There is more but it was all on my computer before it crashed and needed a new hard drive.
Any thoughts?
