Yes it was the 2011-2025 window that was often talked about. The key difference though is that it wasn't for graduation, it was simply a mass exodus for anyone that wanted out of the cycle; either as a walk out, I suppose and opening the door for walk-ins, to new souls who have never incarnated here before or through birth or after death.
I can't stand all the "it's a trap!" (insert star wars meme here) talk either. It's all a bunch of click bait really and it all originates from the misunderstanding of the reincarnation process on the whole. We all consented to be here and to be a part of the reincarnation process, yes. But there was a period of "forced" reincarnation and I really wouldn't call it that, however it did have the effect of maturing the soul to a point where it could "graduate" to another incarnational framework.
The one we are coming out of now, was based on a simple Boolean type logic: if you steal you will be stolen from. It worked for smaller, less complex societies and is literally breaking down now trying to handle both the number of souls passing through it and the complex societies we live in.
I thought the good place did a really good job of trying to explain this concept. The judge explains that the guy should have just done his research and picked a better tomato. But do you really know how hard that is? To pick a tomato or a pair of pants that isn't "bad" in some way? Modern life has become nothing more than a finger pointing circle with everyone avoiding accountability and or having little choice in how they interact it.
Anyway, the system is grinding to a halt and is no longer effective. Up until now, souls that wanted to get out of it, couldn't. Ocean posted this video in another thread and I was shocked when I saw the point the woman speaking about how souls were screaming, not wanting to reincarnate. It was literal proof of something I was researching myself.
Where did I find this information? I didn't. I was nearly gone from the forum for about six months, since July 2025. I had an awakening and did a deep dive, into myself for a lack of a better word and I'm now finding out about the same things others have written, although I have my own POV on things.
But anyway, the new system will be managed, self directed care. Back to our basic stealing example, how many cycles of "you will be stolen from" until you learn the lesson? Who says when the lesson is learned and by which criteria is it judged by? Who sets the criteria?
The new system will be to help you determine why you stole the first place. You can take time to rest, think about it, decide what you want to do or experience in your next life and you don't have to reincarnate right away if you don't want to.
@SeaAndSky here's a very short list of books that delves it topics like this. A lot of it reads like Sci Fi, I'm not going to lie. But if you can look past it, there's some very basic truths in many of these and other books.
