Songs You Are Listening To -- Part II

Woke up this am with this song stuck in my brain. Song is from late in 1975 or early 1976.

SS Edmund Fitzgerald was an American Great Lakes freighter that sank in Lake Superior during a storm on November 10, 1975, with the loss of the entire crew.

The Power Station - Get It On (Bang A Gong)

The Power Station was a supergroup featuring Robert Palmer, John Taylor and Andy Taylor from Duran Duran and Tony Thompson from Chic.

I love that. I discovered Clanadonia few years ago and don't know why but listening to pipes and drums gives me chills. 🤔 Maybe another PL, I should investigate...

Russian romance. Vladislav Gheikh sings "A Song in Morse code", about those who live and work in the Russian Arctics.
N.B. Born in 1934 in Ukraine. His mother was a Jew, and when in a nazi concentration camp in Italy, she threw her little son over the camp fence, and some Italians picked him up. So, he passed his childhood in Italy, where he learned to sing.

Biig Piig - Feels Right

If this is PL-related I am not aware. Don't remember/know a thing about having existed in the 2nd century AD, but as I mentioned Ancient music in melon's thread, I thought I'd share an Ancient tune I really like.
