What if I were to intend, affirm, and declare?

I was kind of afraid to ask this but I was seriously wondering if anyone has a PLM of intending something for their next life and in their current life it ends up happening?

For example, if you were White, Black, or Asian in a previous incarnation, that incarnation you decided you wanted to be Hispanic or Mexican and then wound up being Hispanic or Mexican in this life...

Because I've recently decided to just keep adamantly affirming that I'll be born a girl in my next life, that I'm going to be the girl I've always wanted to be in this life and have spent my whole life (this life) dreaming of being. I actually have a specific image in mind as to what I want my female body to look like when I get into my teens and twenties and beyond and have been affirming and declaring that I will look like that and will until it gets ingrained into my subconscious mind, body, and soul.

I guess in a manifestation sense, I've also envisioned being a girl in that life like it's happening now, but I don't spend a whole lot of time doing that. Too many things I want to first achieve in the here and now.

I don't really have much of an opinion in terms of your idea, especially as I am no longer totally on-board the reincarnation train these days. But I am sure that some others will chime in directly.

Okay, I guess.

Yeah, I actually didn't plan on coming back here again but this idea dawned on me and not long after that, I was curious as to if anyone else has done something similar. Because I'm really hoping if it'd yield the desired result.

It's one thing to wish for something but totally different to assume you already have it.
